Spandan Cloud is committed to transparent data management and protecting user privacy. In accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion policy, users of the Spandan Cloud mobile app and web portal have full right to request the deletion of their user accounts and associated personal data.

2. Types of Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your account deletion request, the following data will be permanently purged from our active systems:

• User Login Credentials: Username, password hashes, biometric auth tokens, and active session keys.
• Personal Information: Profile name, registered email address, contact numbers, and profile photo.
• Preferences & Settings: Custom theme preferences, notification settings, and local app configurations.

3. Data Retention & Legal/Compliance Exceptions

In compliance with statutory regulatory rules and Google Play Policy exceptions:

• Diagnostic & Patient Medical Records: Diagnostic laboratory reports, patient test results, and audit trails generated by your diagnostic center are legally retained under Indian Healthcare statutory guidelines and NABL compliance mandates.
• Financial & Tax Records: Invoices, payment receipts, and GST tax records will be retained for the minimum statutory period required for tax audit compliance.

4. Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification. Once your account deletion is complete, a final confirmation email or SMS notification will be sent to your registered contact details.
